Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mythflux websites, client services, and products (including Mythflux Dock). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance
By accessing mythflux.com, our products, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
Mythflux provides software engineering for clients and operates its own products (e.g. Mythflux Dock, a Chrome extension). Features, availability, and pricing may change. We may suspend or discontinue services with reasonable notice where practical.
Accounts
Some features require an account (e.g. cloud sync in Dock). You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (such as Dock Pro) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are shown at checkout; taxes may apply. Refunds follow Stripe and our stated refund policy at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via the Stripe customer portal.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse our services: no illegal activity, harassment, malware, scraping that overloads systems, reverse engineering to circumvent paid features, or attempts to access others' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual property
Mythflux retains rights in its software, branding, and website content. Client deliverables are governed by separate agreements. You retain rights in content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it only as needed to provide the service (e.g. cloud sync you enable).
Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mythflux Dock depends on Chrome and third-party APIs; we are not responsible for browser or provider changes outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythflux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for claims related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred USD if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide notice where required.
