Privacy Policy

Mythflux builds software that respects your data. This policy explains what Mythflux Dock collects, what stays on your device, and what we store when you choose cloud sync or billing.
Overview
Mythflux Dock is a Chrome extension. By default, your collections, spaces, tabs, sessions, notes, tasks, and preferences are stored locally in Chrome on your device. We do not sell your data.
Local storage
The extension uses Chrome storage APIs to keep your organization data on your machine. Tab URLs, titles, and space metadata used for organization remain under your control unless you sign in and enable cloud sync.
Cloud sync (optional)
If you create an account, you may sync collections, spaces, sessions, notes, tasks, resources, and settings to Supabase (hosted Postgres) tied to your user id. Sync is optional and requires sign-in. You can sign out and keep using Dock locally.
Billing
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and plan tier in your profile to unlock Pro limits. Payment details are handled by Stripe — not stored in the extension.
Browser permissions
Dock requests Chrome permissions needed to organize tabs (tabs, tab groups, storage), show a sidebar on pages (scripting, activeTab), optional history/bookmarks for search, and identity for Google sign-in. We use these only to provide extension features.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (auth & database), Stripe (billing), Google (optional OAuth), and public APIs for weather/favicons on the new tab page. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Retention & deletion
Local data remains until you uninstall the extension or clear extension data. Cloud data remains until you delete your account or request deletion. Uninstall feedback submitted on our website is stored to improve the product.
Your choices
You can use Dock without an account, disable cloud sync, export sessions, and manage billing through the Stripe customer portal. Contact us to request access or deletion of cloud data tied to your account.
